1	48V input, key in any position but off
2	48V switched ground out for motor brake
3	+5V output for sensors (orange)
4	5V ground for sensors (black)
5	Motor encoder signal in (0-5V)
6	Motor encoder signal in (0-5V)
7	Brake sensor in: .36-3.78V braking, >4.8V fault
8	48V CAN ground (internal)
9	Accel sensor in: .36-.56 idle, .5-4.1 accel
10	48V ground out for reverse buzzer
11	5V signal out for SOC meter (.5 empty, 4.5 full)
12	48V input from key switch - FORWARD
13	48V input from run/tow switch
14	48V input for resistor circuit
15	CAN low output
16	+5V for motor temp sensor
17	Charger interlock: 0V plugged in, 21-28V unplugged
18	48V ground circuit for the solenoid
19	48V input from accelerator switch
20	48V input from key switch - REVERSE
21	48V ground for resistor control
22	15V output for brake light circuit
23	CAN bus high for handheld

Power-Up Self-Check (first 1 second)
1. Electric brake check (spins motor 1/4 turn each way)
2. Park brake disengage/reengage
3. Reverse alarm 100ms chirp
4. Charger inhibit check
5. Throttle switch must be open
6. TPS must read 0% (.38-.56V)
7. TPS sweep range .5-4.8V
The cart will NOT run if any of these fail.
